HOMOSEXUALITY AND SAME SEX MARRIAGE :
Let me begin with the discussion on the most controversial topic of 21’st century,namely homosexuality and same sex marriage.I am a very strong heterosexual person and therefore my views on homosexuality could be biased but I will try to be neutral in my discussions and I offer unconditional apology if my views hurt homosexual community.
Homosexuality is defined as an aberrant behaviour or orientation among persons of same sex towards eachother.
Homosexuality among men is referred as Gay.
Homosexuality among women is referred as Lesbianism.
True prevalence of homosexuality is difficult to estimate but by most surveys, found to be 3 percent of population.The gay rights movement show exaggerated prevalence of 10 percent of population to prove that homosexuality is normal and widespread.
The animal studies have shown that there is some biological basis for homosexuality as some species of animals and birds do show homosexual behaviour as well as homosexual couples.
In humans,there is some evidence to show that genetic factors may be responsible for homosexual behaviour in addition to psycho-social factors.All religions and all cultures condemn homosexuality as an evil act.
The american psychiatrist association and the WHO have removed homosexuality as a mental disorder from their list of mental disorders but I humbly disagree.
There are very salient points among homosexual persons as compared to heterosexual persons which needs to be addressed.
Point 1)
Homosexuals are far more sexually promiscuous with multiple sexual partners as compared to heterosexuals.Such a sexual promiscuity is unacceptable in a civilised society.
Point 2)
The worldwide HIV-AIDS pandemic was initiated in america in the year 1983 among homosexual men.Also,various sexually transmitted diseases are far more prevalent among homosexuals.
Point 3)
The domestic violence is far more common in homosexual couples rather than in heterosexual couples.Also,crimes like murders,pedophilia and drug abuse are more common among homosexuals.
Due to above 3 points,I condemn homosexuality and also condemn gay rights movements.
How do you define marriage?
I define marriage as a personal union between a man and a woman as a husband and a wife.
The marriage gives the married couple a legal,social and a religious sanctity to have voluntary sexual relations between a husband and a wife.
This concept of marriage which is accepted by all religions,all civilisations and all cultures, is destroyed by same sex marriage(homosexual marriage).
By legalising homosexual marriage,you are equating homosexual marriages with heterosexual marriages.
That means,you are equating sexual relations between a man and a woman,with sexual relations between two men or two women.This is preposterous to say the least.
By legalising same sex marriage,you are violating the human rights of opposite sex marriage as they are now equal to same sex marriage.
I therefore condemn same sex marriage and also condemn countries like spain and canada which legalised same sex marriage.
I urge the UN to pass a resolution against same sex marriage.
When more than 97 percent of population of world is heterosexual,what was the need to legalise homosexual marriage?

Update on homosexuality and same sex marriage:

In a landmark opinion, a divided American Supreme Court on Friday June 26, 2015 ruled that same-sex couples can marry nationwide, establishing a new civil right and handing gay rights advocates a historic victory. In the 5-4 ruling, Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote for the majority with the four liberal justices. Each of the four conservative justices wrote their own dissent.

Justice Kennedy wrote:

“No union is more profound than marriage, for it embodies the highest ideals of love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice and family. In forming a marital union, two people become something greater than they once were. Marriage is a keystone of our social order and the plaintiffs in the case were seeking equal dignity in the eyes of the law. Their hope is not to be condemned to live in loneliness, excluded from one of civilization’s oldest institutions. They ask for equal dignity in the eyes of the law. The Constitution grants them that right. “

I respectfully disagree with this judgement.

Marriage is defined as a union between man and woman as husband and wife in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law and marriage is considered consummated only if there is sexual intercourse between man and woman. Without consummation of marriage, marriage can be annulled. This judgment annulled traditional concept of marriage. Now marriage means union between two individual of any sex expressing ideals of love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice and family. Natural sexual intercourse between man and woman has nothing to do with marriage. In other words, a man cannot seek divorce from woman who does not allow any consensual sex; a woman cannot seek divorce from man on ground of impotence. This judgement has done incalculable harm to traditional marriage and has far reaching consequences in matters of divorce of heterosexual couples.
